Jenna Wass enjoys creating art that is colourful and brings a little joy and delight to the world. Self-taught, she enjoys painting at home with her young family- her greatest supporters and most honest critics! Her work covers a range of media, including oils, acrylics, oil pastels and sculpture.
I got involved with the Burton Swans Project for a number of reasons. Firstly, I know from previous experience that designing and painting a sculpture like this is so much fun! It’s also a great way to raise money for charity, in this case the very worthy YMCA, and it injects a bit of extra magic and sparkle into the local community.
