Our Artists
David Walton
Rather than commemoration, Burton Swans is a celebration, and importantly is ‘Art within Reach’ which attracted me to the project. Swans, relates to Burton and the Trent river, and the colourful sculptures should excite children and help them to engage with their local wildlife.
Jenna Wass
Jenna Wass enjoys creating art that is colourful and brings a little joy and delight to the world. Self-taught, she enjoys painting at home with her young family- her greatest supporters and most honest critics! Her work covers a range of media, including oils, acrylics, oil pastels and sculpture.
Donna Newman
Donna Newman is a freelance Mural Artist working in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. She has predominantly been working in schools across the region for over 12 years and seeks to inspire young people by transforming their learning environments with her vibrant artwork.
Heather Horsley
Heather Horsley is a Burton based Artist, Printmaker and Illustrator who presently lives with her partner Grahame and her three boys
Reily Creative
Kieron and Lynsey have been working together since 2015, and now work under the name of Reilly Creative. Kierons background in animation has led to his talent in digital art, with a focus on portrait and design work.
Richard Rudge
Richard Rudge is an artist from the West Midlands, with a strong focus on comic book illustration, often with high contrast black and white rendering.
Sue Guthrie
Sue Guthrie is a professional artist who has produced work for many sculpture trails. She is based in Birmingham where she works as both an artist and an educator, leading art workshops in schools and teacher training events.

Jane Hindmarch
Jane is a multidisciplinary visual artist based at Stamford Arts Centre Lincolnshire UK. Jane specialises in painting, drawing and metal sculpture exploring mood and emotion evoked and informed by observations of the natural world. Her sculpture practice is based at the Traditional Co, Leicestershire.
Emma Rose
Burton based Emma Rose is a ceramic and surface pattern designer who enjoys experimenting with various surfaces to create textures and pattern through laser etching, print and dye processes. She is a Mum of 2 boys, who inspired and motivated her to be creative and start her own business, By Emma Rose.
Anna Roebuck
Anna Roebuck is a local artist based at The Making House in Burton. She’s a mixed media artist, who creates jewellery and art using a variety of materials, though recycling is her first love.
